Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky PLLC is pleased to announce that Henry Phillips has joined the firm as an associate.  Henry’s practice focuses on commercial and general civil litigation, high-stakes criminal defense work, and government and internal investigations.  

Before joining Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky, Henry was a litigation associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C.  Before that, he was a law clerk for Judge Rendell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Judge Pratter on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Henry graduated from Duke University School of Law, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago in Economics.
