Brendan Selby’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky, Brendan was a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington DC, where he specialized in prosecuting environmental crimes. He served as lead counsel for several federal trials and investigations involving pollution, public health, and natural resources. He also worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia. Brendan clerked for the Honorable Morgan Christen on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Anchorage, Alaska.

Brendan graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. He received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University in English and a master's degree in Religious Studies.
