Henry Phillips is a skilled litigator who has represented some of the world’s top corporations in high-stakes criminal and civil matters.  Among other representations, Henry has advised global corporations facing scrutiny from the U.S. Department of Justice, represented a corporate executive in his appeal of a federal fraud conviction, advised a large technology client on various trademark matters, and represented a major social-media client in civil litigation.  

Before joining Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky, Henry was a litigation associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in Washington, D.C.  Before that, he was a law clerk for Judge Rendell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and for Judge Pratter on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Henry graduated from Duke University School of Law (Order of the Coif) and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago.
