Lea's practice focuses on investigations, civil litigation, and government enforcement matters. 

Lea has significant experience conducting sensitive internal employment and financial investigations.  Prior to joining CE&O, Lea was a senior investigator on Amazon's Worldwide Operations Employee Relations team, and served as adjunct faculty at Amazon, delivering professional trainings for human resource partners and leaders across business lines. 

Lea was also previously a consultant providing services in the areas of project management, business development, human resource matters, contracts, dispute resolution, and investigations.  Lea is certified in state-of-the-art investigative methodologies. 

Lea graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Kent Scholar, Negotiation Fellow, and two-time Human Rights Fellow.  She earned her bachelor's degree summa cum laude from the University of Washington's College Honors Program in Comparative History of Ideas.

Lea's pro bono work has included advocating for victims of domestic violence, facilitating community mediations, and assisting DACA applicants and recipients through the National Immigrant Justice Center/Perkins Coie DACA Clinic.  Lea also serves as a Moot Court Honors Board Judge at the University of Washington School of Law.
