Whistleblower & False Claims Act Litigation

The False Claims Act and other recently enacted federal statutes, such as the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, provide powerful incentives for individuals and companies to report allegations of fraud and abuse against the federal government. Our firm has special expertise in defending against suits brought under the False Claims Act and other whistleblower statutes. Our lawyers include former prosecutors and other lawyers with long experience in investigating claims of fraud and working with government attorneys to resolve these types of allegations without government intervention.
